The Spa Pub

In Kangnam-gu on the south side of the Han River in Seoul, there are many new and trendy shops and what not. It’s a people watching place and the place to find out what’s in and what’s out this season.

One pub that I went to was a spa pub. Every table had a hot tub for your feet underneath it. So we sat drinking a beer and soaking our feet at the same time.

It's more of a novelty than a regular event. Prices are unreasonable. But it's a fine way to spend half an hour.

The next one I’m going to try is called the Fish Café. Same idea, but instead of a hot tub, there’s a pool full of little fish that bite away at the skin on your feet – while you sip your brew.
